Exchange and return

What are the main rules for returns and exchanges?

You can return or exchange products within 14 days of purchase if:

  • You have retained the receipt (or invoice);
  • The product and its components are in their original condition (no mechanical damage, wear, and with intact packaging);
  • The product has no signs of use.

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Discounted items;
  • Items that have been assembled or damaged after purchase;
  • Standard products with custom modifications such as holes, color, or other changes;
  • Items that were made to individual order.
